I feel there are a lot of training programs and a lot of coaches for people to choose from. My goal is to help people get to their optimum performance through safe, effective training.
I want to make sure that whatever my clients/athletes are training for they know I am looking out for their best interest. I take into account all aspects of their life; family, faith, work, social, history… it is so important to know that their nutrition, sleep, stress and training are all working together.
I enjoy coaching all types of athletes from beginners to elite. I coach athletes that are focused on running events, cycling events, swimming events, multi-sport events, and overall fitness.
I have a clinical background in exercise physiology and use that knowledge to make the best prescription of training for my athletes/clients. I treat everyone as an individual and all programs are unique to each person – I feel this is extremely important! My goal is to help people establish their goals and educate them on what they need to do in order to accomplish them, while still keeping a positive balance in their life with a positive attitude and enjoying the Journey of Training.
